Your trainers may look good while free running, but do they have the certifications necessary to help you train to become the best that you can be? You need to find trainers that have trained themselves because teaching parkour is not something that just anyone would be able to do. Indeed, training parkour requires a level of skill that a lot of really good free runners simply would not have. Suffice it to say that an amazing free runner may not have the skills necessary to teach that a fully certified trainer would have.
Go for Versatility
The gym that you sign up for to take parkour classes needs to provide an excellent parkour ecosystem, but it should also be good at providing you other workout avenues as well. You can’t just start doing parkour every single day, there are other muscles that you are going to have to look into as well. A fully stocked and well-equipped gym can be good for you in this scenario, and if they offer classes in a variety of other physical activities as well, this would also help you out quite a bit. A versatile gym is good for you in the long run.
